Maternity Cover

To commence as soon as possible until 21st December 2018

Level 2 - Grade D

(SCP 14-17) £16,481 - £17,547 pro rata

21.75 hours per week

3 days per week (8.30 - 4.30)

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Term Time Plus Two Weeks

 

The Governors seek to appoint an Administration Officer to cover a period of maternity leave to work in our busy office. You will work under the direction of the School Business Manager and provide whole school administrative support. You will be the first point of call for all visitors to the school. The successful applicant will be responsible for whole school administration including reception and telephone duties.

 

The successful candidate will assist the School Business Manager with general financial administration including the management of school dinner money and afterschool accounts. You will be responsible for the processing of school orders and invoices on the school finance system.

 

The successful candidate must have experience working in a school office and a working knowledge of the SIMS and FMS systems would be an advantage.

 

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be patient and able to work to deadlines. They will be a strong team player who can use their own initiative; they must possess good organisational skills and be flexible in their approach to work.

 

The successful applicant will commence as soon as possible.
