Reading in Early Years

Reading is of paramount importance for our Early Years Classes.

Children are read to in a variety of ways through sensory story, story massage, reading clubs, daily reading, and reading buddy sessions on a Wednesday. All pupils access a variety of texts linking to their own interests alongside our four year topic cycle which introduces them to new ideas, concepts, and vocabulary.
